About the Role
The Content Developer Intern works with a team of writers and production staff to create high-quality Math educational content for products ranging from elementary school grades to Calculus.
Please note that we offer flexible scheduling during core business hours; 20-30 hours per week.
Responsibilities:
Create low-level content, such as videos, answer manuscripts, accuracy checks, etc.
Provide low-level content development support
Provide general Content Development team support
Create answers and solutions manual manuscripts
Perform accuracy checks on exercises and examples
Proofread typeset pages
Create exercise correlations between current and previous textbook editions
Participate in a wide variety of special projects
Meet established deadlines
Communicate with co-workers, management, clients, and others in a courteous and professional manner
Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures, and instructions
Qualifications:
Pursuing a four-year college degree in mathematics, mathematics education, elementary education, or equivalent
Proficiency in MS Office
Strong verbal and written communication skills
