Quality Improvement Analyst - Quality Management - Full Time - 8 Hour

The Quality Analyst supports Quality in the retrieval, reporting, and analysis of clinical outcomes data. They report to the Director of Quality & Patient Safety and partner with the Quality Improvement & Program Manager in maintaining data integrity and reporting both internally and externally.

Education:

Bachelor's Degree Health Care Related Field or Human Services or Statistics related - required

Master's Degree - preferred

Experience:

3 years Healthcare – Required

Acute Care Healthcare - Preferred

Advanced Database Management Required

Intermediate Knowledge of Healthcare Statistical Analysis Required

Demonstrated experience analyzing and reporting clinical and outcome data utilizing different data sources to support continuous quality improvement

Experience partnering with healthcare teams in the provision of data and analysis.

Skills:

Advanced knowledge of PC and mainframe applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Electronic Health Record analytics, data analysis platforms, Microsoft Suite, etc..

Strong background and knowledge of data management and reporting.

Intermediate knowledge of statistics and application of statistical tests.

Knowledge of performance improvement principles

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Analytical and problem-solving skills

Work Shift:Exempt Days (Mon-Fri) (United States of America)

Pay Range:$40.19 - $60.27

Hourly

Offer amounts are based on demonstrated/relevant experience and/or licensure.

Pay will be adjusted to the local market if hired outside of the Bay Area.

Note: Positions at JMH which are exempt (not eligible for overtime) under the level of Manager are listed as hourly for compensation purposes on this posting. The work shift will contain the word ‘exempt’ on it.
