Student Life Counseling and Consultation
Provides administrative support to the Clinical Services area including the Associate and Assistant Directors; assists the Office Manager; serves as liaison between staff and clinical service operations; prepares and distributes reports, materials, and correspondence; coordinates and schedules meetings and events to include arrangements for facilities and meals; maintains and processes clinical services data and the Clinical Services manual; assists the Front Desk Coordinator with the overall reception operations which require scheduling clinical appointments, face-to-face and telephone contact with persons in crisis. This position requires flexible working hours, which may include occasional backup for evening coverage.
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
High School diploma or GED. Certification or vocational training may be required. Associate degree in relevant field may be preferred. 2 years of relevant experience required. 4-6 years of relevant experience preferred.
Desired Qualifications:
Experience in clinical office practices and procedures, including customer service and public relations. Prior experience handling confidential information.
Ability to multi-task, re-prioritize and maintain composure in a high volume, unpredictable environment; Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint and PowerPoint and experience with inputting and exporting data to/from a database.
Additional Information:
Posting Range: $19.09 - $21.48
*The offer for this position will fall within this range based on internal equity, the unit’s available budget, and the candidate’s qualifications.
