Job Opportunity: Medical Technologist Spring Hill, FL

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Medical Technologist to join a healthcare team in Spring Hill, FL. This is a full-time position with rotating weekends and night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:30 AM or 12-hour shifts). Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience to be considered. Key Responsibilities:

Perform a variety of diagnostic laboratory tests on patient samples

Analyze test results and ensure accuracy and reliability

Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

Collaborate with medical staff to provide timely diagnostic information

Adhere to established protocols and maintain proper documentation Qualifications:

3+ years of experience as a Medical Technologist (required)

ASCP certification (preferred)

Bachelor s degree in Medical Technology or related field

Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques and protocols

Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
