The Corporate Strategy Associate is member of the Corporate Development and Strategy team at Cotiviti. This person will be responsible for supporting the company’s annual strategic planning process, assisting with new product market research and business cases, and performing analysis and research across a variety of strategic topics. Reporting to the Vice President of Corporate Development and Strategy and working in partnership with Product Leads, the Corporate Strategy Associate will provide support for revenue growth pursuits within and across Cotiviti product areas, supported with analytical rigor.
Responsibilities
Conduct market and competitive analysis (including primary expert interviews, surveys, and third-party data) to provide consulting support as needed to inform product and platform strategies
Support the strategy process by conducting strategic and financial analyses – historical analysis, creation of financial models and ROIs, projection of impact on the business, cross-solution opportunity analysis, etc.
Assist in pricing assessments for new product launches through external market research
Facilitate the creation and vetting of business cases for any new solutions, alliances/partnerships, or business exits as needed
Support due diligence processes in the event of major alliances, partnerships, or acquisitions
Support analysis and market research across a variety of strategic topics – new product investment, new market entry, acquisition diligence, and other strategic programs

Qualifications
1-3 years prior experience in Management Consulting, Investment Banking, or In-House Corporate Strategy at the analyst or associate level
Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to synthesize data and concepts to tell a story
Experience with financial modeling and analytics
Bachelor’s Degree, Undergraduate concentration in one of Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related degree desired
Healthcare experience preferred, particularly in the payor environment
Strong people-influence skills, especially in a matrixed organization
Demonstrated ability to learn quickly within a new domain

Base compensation ranges from $120,000 to $160,000 per year. Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, education, skills, certifications, and other business needs.
