Turbine Kinetics, a subsidiary of HEICO Aerospace Corporation, is currently recruiting a Supply Chain Manger that will be based in Glastonbury, Connecticut.

Responsible for all Turbine Kinetics product sourcing, procurement and source quality activities

Supplier identification and selection

Creation and solicitation of RFQ

Cost negotiations

Ensuring delivery requirements are met

Provides expediting support for product as needed by internal and external customers

Act as technical liaison for Quality and Engineering questions between supplier and Turbine Kinetics

Visits suppliers to audit production status and reaffirm delivery commitments

Responsible for First Article and production source inspection and the support of Quality System Audits as required

Coordinates the development of new products from placement of P.O. to acceptable First Article

Establishes detailed project milestones

Conduct periodic reviews and regularly visit suppliers for project status.

Act as technical liaison for Quality and Engineering concerns with supplier

Perform product optimization analysis regarding

Cycle time reduction

Inventory turns

Delivery performance

Development of international sourcing initiatives as well as internal sourcing

Travel 20-30%

Oversees a department of 7

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management or relative degree, Master's Preferred

Aerospace or Related experience (10+ years' experience required)

Solid computer skills

Strong work ethic (willingness to work hard and long hours, when needed)

Highly responsive to internal and external customer requirements, with a high attention for detail

Must work well with others and be flexible in handling multiple tasks
