Seal Dynamics and Air Cost Control ("A2C"), both subsidiaries of HEICO, are seeking a Marketing Manager to support our worldwide marketing activities. The role is based in Long Island, NY.The position requires a creative thinker with big ideas, a can-do spirit with an 'I've got this' commitment to lead the way in all topics around social media, multi-channel content development, digital marketing, sales tools and merchandising and possibly trade shows. Our ideal candidate has 5+ years of marketing experience with a proven record of developing and implementing new ideas and strategies supporting a global and publicly owned company.
As a Marketing Manager, you will be primarily responsible for, but not limited to the following duties:
RESPONSIBILITIES -
Strategic planning with experience to develop, establish, and execute a strategic marketing plan aligned with the company's overall goals
Understand and drive our brands to increase our customers, partners and overall industry awareness and recognition
Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, IT and HEICO marketing team to ensure seamless communication and customer-focused results.
Website ownership that includes design of landing pages, content and updates
Social media strategy, content design, posting/scheduling, and user comment management to ensure high reach visibility and engagement
Lead social advertising strategy and calendar
Liaise with third party vendors/designers to come up with branding ideas, graphic designs, promotional materials
Develop and create marketing materials around product campaigns
Act as primary communications liaison between with HEICO corporate marketing, to maintain alignment on corporate strategy
Assist with managing and executing national and international events and tradeshows
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS -
Bachelor's degree with 5 years of marketing leadership experience
History in communicating, presenting, and influencing all management levels impacted by marketing responsibilities
Experience in media buying and planning with trade publications
Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Power Point
Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
Technical/design experience, and excellent project management to ensure flawless execution
High level of ownership and drive, ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently, meet tight deadlines, and implementation of highly detailed projects
Creativity, innovation, and vision
Owns content strategy, content design, posting/scheduling, and comment management
Experience with Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Projects and Implementation
French Language skills are preferred but not required
