A creative marketing team is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support brand visibility initiatives through campaign management, event support, and content creation. This individual will work closely with the Marketing Manager to help execute multi-channel strategies and maintain a strong digital presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Coordination: Support the planning, implementation, and tracking of marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness, especially within creative, video, and event-related industries
Content Management: Assist in the development and distribution of marketing collateral such as brochures, press releases, email campaigns, and website content
Social Media Management: Oversee social media accounts, schedule and create content, engage with followers, and analyze performance data to improve reach and engagement
CRM and Database Management: Maintain an up-to-date marketing database using HubSpot to support targeted outreach and customer segmentation
Market Research: Conduct market and competitive research to inform strategy and identify new opportunities
Vendor and Partner Coordination: Liaise with external vendors and partners to ensure quality and timely delivery of promotional materials and events
Event Support: Help plan and execute company-hosted and client events, handling logistics, attendee tracking, and on-site coordination
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or a related field
1–2 years of marketing or social media experience (internships included)
Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and channels
Proficient with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and social media platforms
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Strong collaboration skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
