ComResource is looking for a Salesforce Solutions Architect – Custom Development.

We need someone to assist in designing, architecting, and implementing customized Salesforce solutions to drive automation, scalability, and efficiency across complex business workflows.

Responsibilities:

Design end-to-end Salesforce architecture for complex, document-centric business processes.

Lead architectural reviews and set technical standards for scalable, high-performance Salesforce implementations.

Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders, product owners, and developers to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Design workflows and automation involving large volumes of custom fields and documents (e.g., e-signature, OCR, secure sharing).

Oversee the Salesforce development lifecycle, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), API integrations, and custom objects.

Ensure integration with third-party platforms and alignment with enterprise architecture.

Conduct technical design sessions, code reviews, and ensure best practices in DevOps and secure coding.

Essentials:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

7+ years of Salesforce experience, with 3+ years in a custom development architect role.

Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Salesforce APIs, and DevOps tools (e.g., Gearset, Copado, Salesforce DX).

Deep understanding of Salesforce platform limits, security, and multi-org architecture.

Desired:

Salesforce Application or System Architect certification (CTA a plus).

Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.

Familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud and platform features.

Background in document-heavy industries such as legal, insurance, or healthcare.

Experience with document automation tools and integration (OCR, e-signature, secure sharing).
