Customer Service Sales Representative

Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Sales Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers in person, by phone, and through email.

Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries

Provide information about our products and decoration methods

Accurately take orders and payments

Cross train in other work centers when needed

Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service a plus

Ability to build rapport with customers

Ability to prioritize and multitask

Must be a self-starter

Positive and professional can-do attitude

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Must work well with others and be a team player

Must be able to lift 50 pounds

Must be able to stand for long periods of time (if helping out in different work centers)Company Description
