Job Description

Cleaning: Cleaning and disinfecting kennels, cages, runs, and yards

Feeding: Providing food and water to animals according to their needs

Exercising: Taking animals on walks and playing with them in play areas

Grooming: Assisting with bathing.

Healthcare: Administering medication and treatments as directed by management.

Record keeping: Maintaining records of animal care, behavior, treatments, vaccinations, and medications

Customer service: Answering phones and assisting customers with inquiries and reservations, and providing emotional support and companionship to animals

Following all safety regulations and guidelines
