This position's has a rotating schedule:
Shifts are 1:00pm to 11:00pm.
Four day work weeks.
One weekend day off per week, and one full weekend off per rotation.
Full 8-Week Rotating Schedule will be sent prior to screening.
Who we are:
Child & Family Healing Center provides 24- hour intensive residential treatment on UMFS’s staff-secure, unlocked 33-acre campus. Our multidisciplinary team integrates Collaborative Problem Solving™ with family engagement, psychiatry, nursing, verbal and non-verbal therapies, social work, and counseling.
What we do:
We collaborate with communities in a Systems of Care approach to ensure successful transition into residential treatment, through intervention, and back into the community.
We assess strengths and executive functioning to develop treatment goals for youth and families.
Who We Serve:
We serve males, females, and gender-diverse youth ages 11-17 at time of admission, who are in the custody of their parent/guardian, the Department of Social Services, or the Department of Juvenile Justice, and have a minimum IQ of 65 (evaluated on a case-by-case basis).

What we are looking for:
A Youth Residential Manager to oversee and provide residential services management within therapeutic milieu. Provide support for youth and staff by responding to all codes or calls to the on-call phone during scheduled shift. Ensures prompt and adequate response to crisis situations, and work to deescalate youth as needed, and working directly with Support Coaches to provide a safe and secure environment for youth, assisting with problem solving and issue resolution.
Will also be responsible for accurate record keeping, documentation and data entry of medical administration records, daily treatment interventions, and other required document using current agency electronic systems. using current agency electronic systems.
What you will need:
Bachelor’s degree in human services related area with a minimum of 3 years related experience and six-months of supervisory experience. Minimum of 5 years’ related experience may substitute for degree. Demonstrated ability to plan, direct and coordinate the activities of a residential program or similar services program. Strong written, verbal and problem solving skills required.
