Job Description
We’re seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy Licensing Coordinator to support our client’s team. This position will sit onsite in Columbus, OH (parking provided) and is a 6+ month contract opportunity. This company is a well-known national brand, offering the chance to contribute to high-impact projects and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support for licensing related documentation
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and email communications
Coordinate the preparation and distribution of licenses to field locations
Assist with document retention and organization projects
Perform data clean-up and validation to ensure accuracy in the systems
Support internal audits and compliance reviews in collaboration with team leadership
Contribute to operational reporting and analysis related to business performance metrics
Work independently to manage tasks and proactively support team goals
Qualifications:
At least 3 years of administrative support experience
Experience with licenses helpful but not required
A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Comfortable working with a variety of technologies and systems
Able to take initiative and work independently after initial training
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Pay Details: $23.00 to $25.00 per hour
