Join Pride Health as a Phlebotomist II in Minneapolis, MN!

We are seeking an experienced and dependable phlebotomy professional to support a high-volume patient service center in a full-time contract role.

Location: Minneapolis, MN 55408

8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Monday–Friday

40 hours/week

Assignment Highlights:

Full-time contract role with consistent weekday schedule

Position based in a Patient Service Center

Spanish-speaking candidates strongly preferred

Responsibilities:

Perform quality blood draws with pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections

Prepare specimens for lab testing following established protocols

Verify patient identity and properly label all specimens in the patient’s presence

Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality of patient data

Deliver outstanding customer service and represent Pride Health with professionalism

Uphold safety standards and comply with all operational policies

Travel as needed for coverage at multiple sites

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required

Phlebotomy certification preferred (not required in MN)

Minimum 3 years of phlebotomy experience required

Spanish-speaking candidates strongly preferred
