Job Description
This role requires flexibility to meet evolving client needs. Anticipated tasks include:
Provide general administrative and clerical support, including scheduling meetings across multiple staff and client calendars and taking meeting minutes
Organize and maintain files and records
Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
Assist with data entry
Support the coordination of contracts, deliverables, and scopes of work
Support senior staff with various special projects
Develop and maintain internal policy, procedures, project tracking, and other operational documents
Requirements and Qualifications
This position is fully remote and requires a stable internet connection for online meetings and collaboration.
Requirements
A bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
Experience as an administrative assistant or a similar role
Strong writing and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and common office technology
Excellent time management and ability to work independently with oversight from senior staff
Flexibility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
Professionalism in internal team settings and client interactions
Demonstrated interest in improving systems for people with disabilities and older adults; demonstration of personal experience in these areas is strongly encouraged
Preferred candidates will also have:
Knowledge of Medicaid, HCBS, LTSS, and healthcare policy
Familiarity with applications and programs that improve project management and minute taking efficiency
Experience working as part of a fully remote team
Experience with grant and report writing
