Production Operators! Join Our Team!

Location: Solon, OH

Are you detail-oriented and skilled in handling ingredients? We’re looking for Production Operators to ensure our packaging workstations run smoothly with high-quality edible products.

Responsibilities:

Ingredient Handling: Identify, retrieve, and properly weigh all ingredients, following FIFO procedures.

Mixing: Understand and follow mixing procedures and formula sheets.

Product Preparation: Operate proprietary machines, season products, and properly tag and stage them for packaging.

Equipment Operation: Use hand trucks, tow motors, and floor cleaning equipment as needed.

Reporting: Notify management of any issues with products, inventory, or schedules.

Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness of your work area and equipment, and manage cardboard and debris removal.

Requirements:

Knowledge: Familiarity with raw materials and mixing processes.

Physical Ability: Lift up to 100 lbs and work independently with minimal supervision.

Skills: Good reading, math comprehension, and understanding of quality, safety, and food safety procedures.
