Machine Shop Coordinator

Job Description

Our shop is growing! We are looking for an experienced CNC machinist with exceptional organizational and team building skills to join our team as a Machine Shop Coordinator. If you have 5 years or more experience setting up CNC and Manual mills and lathes and want an opportunity for growth, we are the place for you. Qualifications:

5 or more years experience setting up CNC and or manual mills and lathes.

Extremely organized in a fast paced environment.

Ability to coordinate, set-up and assign jobs to the appropriate machine and team member.

Work closely with the operations team to prioritize and change job schedules as needed.

A natural ability to teach and train machinists to run different machines and set-up jobs.

MUST be willing to work as a team and communicate with team members.

MUST be able to handle a physical workload.

Other Requirements:

Dependable transportation along with the ability to consistently be punctual and at work daily.
