Production Operator: Jackson, Wisconsin

Our customer in Jackson, Wisconsin is seeking motivated individuals to join their team. We’re recruiting Production Operators to work full-time on 2nd shift. As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for operating machines, ensuring quality standards, assisting team members, troubleshooting issues, and packaging products for shipment.

Responsibilities of the Production Operator:

Safely operate machines and use hand or power tools to perform various manufacturing processes.

Ensure that quality and productivity standards are consistently met.

Provide assistance to production team members as needed to maintain workflow.

Follow Part & Material Verification (PCP) procedures for product accuracy.

Collaborate with Process Technicians regarding product quality and job status.

Count, package, and label products for shipment in compliance with customer specifications.

Production Operator Requirements and Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (GED).

1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.

Ability to follow safety protocols and work in a fast-paced environment.

Basic math skills for counting, packaging, and labeling products.

Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot production issues and variances.

Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.

Pay for Production Operator: Starting at $18.50/hour.
