Job Description

MEMCO SER is looking for a entry level admin to start ASAP in Houston!

Key Responsibilities:

Provide general administrative support including filing, data entry, and scheduling

Draft and manage correspondence in both English and [Second Language]

Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications

Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems

Support team members with Microsoft 365 tools including Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint

Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting notes as needed

Perform other clerical duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (verbal and written)

Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
