Server (Short-North Area/Distillery)

Building on four generations of distilling traditions, we added our own deep experience in marketing and manufacturing, and focused on elevating the distinctive flavors of the Ohio River Valley. Our artisan spirits honor our roots; and reflect our originality as makers, our integrity as producers, and our passion for the craft of producing spirits from grain to glass.

Our state-of-the-art craft distillery is located just north of downtown Columbus, Ohio. It’s where our whiskeys, bourbons, vodkas and gins start with non-GMO, food grade materials to ensure the best possible end products. We originally distill, age and package all of our spirits here in the heartland of Ohio. Join us as we continue to grow at a fast pace in this unique space.

We are seeking an enthusiastic Servers to provide excellent customer service and guest experience at a craft cocktail bar in an upscale casual dining environment. Ideal candidates will have a charismatic personality, a strong desire to positively impact every guest’s experience, and willingness to learn & contribute to a team of forward thinking service staff.

What you are responsible for:

· Delivers amazing hospitality experience to guests anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests’ expectations.

· Understands the restaurant menu to engage guests on choosing menu items and able to answer guest’s questions.

· Guides guests through their dining experience while taking, placing, and serving food and beverage orders, as well as processing payments.

· Understands restaurant seating layout, how tables are divided into server areas, and how to deliver food within the restaurant.Requirements:

Qualifications & Requirements:

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

o Level 1 or Level 2 Serv Safe Certification is a plus

Other Requirements

o Willing and available to work evenings and weekends

o Must be able to be on your feet for long periods of time

o Strong customer service skills

o Positive attitude and excellent communication skills

o A strong desire to learn

o Good team player that will contribute to positive work culture

o Perform duties as needed

Full-time positions can receive benefits, 30+ hours or more a week.
