Front Desk Receptionist – $18–$19/hr Fort Collins M–F, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
We are currently seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to support a busy office in Fort Collins. This is a 12-week temporary position with the potential to showcase your administrative skills in a meaningful role. Perfect for someone who enjoys helping others, especially seniors, and thrives in a front-facing, detail-oriented environment.
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (1-hour unpaid lunch)
Pay: $18–$19 per hour
Start Date: ASAPKey Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner
Answer and route incoming calls; troubleshoot and determine the correct point of contact
Handle intake calls, providing information and support, especially to seniors
Manage Outlook email, schedule appointments, and maintain calendars
Enter and track data using a CRM system
Perform general clerical tasks including filing, scanning, and document prep
Generate basic reports using Microsoft Word and ExcelQualifications:
Prior receptionist or administrative experience required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Comfort with multitasking and handling phone systems
Experience working with seniors is a plus
CRM experience preferred

Pay Details: $18.00 to $19.00 per hour
