Job Description

The Client Coordinator drives high-impact client engagement, ensures top-tier service delivery, and acts as a critical liaison between clients and internal teams. This role demands a proactive approach to managing client relationships, resolving issues decisively, and executing seamless communication across departments to maximize satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

Own and manage key client accounts with precision and professionalism.

Anticipate client needs and deliver tailored solutions that exceed expectations.

Lead client meetings, drive actionable outcomes, and ensure consistent follow-through.

Strategic Communication:

Deliver clear, compelling updates to clients and internal teams to ensure alignment.

Translate client feedback into strategic action items and push them through to completion.

Create high-impact client-facing materials, including performance reports and strategic updates.

Issue Resolution & Risk Management:

Tackle client issues head-on with speed and confidence.

Escalate complex challenges smartly and ensure swift resolution to protect client satisfaction.

Actively identify potential risks or service gaps and implement preventive solutions.

Operational & Administrative Excellence:

Maintain high-integrity client records and CRM data to support fast, informed decisions.

Drive the creation of persuasive proposals, airtight contracts, and mission-critical documentation.

Streamline processes for maximum efficiency and reliability.

Performance Monitoring & Optimization:

Track and analyze client satisfaction metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Identify operational weaknesses and work cross-functionally to deliver high-impact fixes.

Report performance insights to leadership and recommend actionable improvements.

Cross-Functional Leadership:

Collaborate closely with sales, recruitment, and delivery teams to align goals and drive unified execution.

Lead or contribute to internal strategy sessions with client insights and frontline data.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related discipline.

Experience:

Proven success in a client management, account coordination, or customer-facing role.

Skills:

Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.

Master of multitasking with strong attention to detail.

Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

Cool under pressure, solution-oriented, and relentless in pursuit of results.

High emotional intelligence and a sharp client-first mindset.

Working Conditions:

Based on-site, supporting high-value clients across the Southwest region.

Standard office hours with flexibility to go above and beyond when client needs demand it.

Compensation & Benefits:

Pay: $48,000 – $52,000 annually, based on experience and performance.

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: 8-hour shifts, with occasional extended hours during peak cycles.
