Job Description:
We are seeking a technical services associate with a proactive customer service attitude to support the next phase of Liberty Systems’ product and market expansion. The Inside Tech Support associate will provide daily trouble shooting for inbound technical support inquiries from customers and colleagues in the field, and support aftermarket parts sales.
Responsibilities:
Respond to inbound technical support calls and inquiries from customers and technical support teammates.
Monitor and document warranty issues to improve operations, product training, and after sales support.
Support problem-solving on system designs for sales quotations and service sales support.
Qualifications:
Experience: Air compressors, HVAC (refrigeration cert a plus), electrical or related field.
Key Competencies:
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to read and interpret operation manuals, electrical schematics, and blueprints.
Ability to use various hand and power tools, electrical / flow meters
Professional demeanor, positive attitude, and industry safety compliance.
