Backend Engineer

Job Description

Contract-Hire

:

- Develop, test, and maintain software applications using .NET framework

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features

- Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code

- Troubleshoot and debug issues in existing software applications

- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards

- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies

Skills:

- Proficient in .NET framework and ASP.NET development

- Experience with server-side languages such as C# or VB.NET

- Familiarity with web development technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React

- Knowledge of database systems such as SQL Server or Oracle

- Understanding of software development methodologies and practices

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Note: Knowledge of Eclipse, shell scripting, UML, web services, and JavaScript is a plus.
