Fusco Personnel is actively recruiting for enthusiastic and service-oriented individuals to support our client’s Temporary Call Center Team during a major company rebranding. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience in the financial services industry—with many of our temporary hires transitioning into long-term, full-time roles within the organization.

As a Temporary Call Center Specialist, you'll be on the front lines of customer communication, fielding inquiries and offering exceptional service during a critical transition period. This is a full-time or part-time, temporary position located in Glens Falls NY.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Handle incoming customer service calls and electronic communications with professionalism and accuracy

Apply knowledge of company operations, products, services, and programs to assist customers

Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies by following established procedures

Research and resolve customer inquiries efficiently and effectively, escalating as needed

Collaborate with various departments to ensure customer satisfaction

Organize and file documentation—both physical and electronic—in accordance with company standards

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent

Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal

Strong customer service orientation and ability to use active listening techniques

Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy

Comfortable working with technology and learning new systems

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

1 year of experience in a financial institution or call center environment, preferred

Salary Range:

$18.00/hr
