Contract Duration: 7 months contract

Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Cybersecurity Governance, Risk, and Compliance team. As a Program Governance Coordinator, you will assist in managing cybersecurity projects, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving process improvements while managing the project team and collaborating with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

1. Project Coordination:

• Assist in planning, executing, and delivering cybersecurity projects and initiatives.

• Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets.

2. Governance & Compliance:

• Coordinate with teams to maintain regulatory compliance.

• Develop and distribute information security reports.

3. Periodic User Access Reviews:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to perform quarterly user access reviews and monthly user activities.

• Ensure timely completion and accurate documentation.

4. Policy Management:

• Maintain and update information security policies

• Create and maintain operating procedures

5. Meeting Coordination & Updates:

• Schedule meetings with stakeholders

• Provide regular project status updates

6. Evidence Collection & Follow-up:

• Assist in collecting evidence for audits compliance reviews

• Follow up on outstanding items ensure timely resolution

Requirements:

Strong analytical thinking, verbal and written communication skills

Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with others as a team

Ability to work independently and effectively managing and prioritizing multiple tasks

Basic understanding of IT security concepts with an emphasis on Security and Risk Assessment

Advanced user of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications:

SharePoint administration and document management Experience in developing processes, writing or working with information security policiesCompany Description
