Job Description

Madden Industrial Craftsmen is currently seeking Welders.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Interprets and follows written and verbal instructions, sketches, weld schedules, drawing and documents

Improves processes and tools

Regularly evaluates his/her own product quality for continuous improvement

Meets or exceeds operations standards for efficiency

QUALIFICATIONS:

TIG welding experience required

Experience with thin gauge stainless steel preferred

Can move to various work areas easily with experience

Fully proficient in interpreting sketches, blueprints and specifications, including views. Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T), symbols and revision control

Must be able to use mathematics relevant to welding functions

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

This position requires considerable use of arms and legs. This position also requires frequent movement of the whole body such as lifting up to 50 lbs along with balancing and handling of material.
