Nelsen Corporation is seeking a motivated, positive team member who is driven to succeed as our next Warehouse Lead! The Warehouse Lead is a crucial member of the team, acting as a role model and coach to assist with the development and direction of their team. This is a hands-on position in the warehouse.

Work Shift and Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM, with opportunity for overtime. No weekends.
Pay: From $23.00 per hour; pay commensurate with experience and skills.
On the first of the month after 60 days:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Processing Orders
Understand software system/pick ticket process
Know how to research pick tickets, pick & holds, and production tickets
Ensure order accuracy and proper packing and shipping methods of items for shipment
Ensure accurate receiving procedures and proper labeling and storage of incoming products and materials
Understand and work on the Open Order Report daily
Leadership and People Development
Partner with Operations Manager for daily plan, employee communications, opening and closing of the facility
Observe and build relationships with each team member to identify strengths and opportunities for development
Act as primary mentor for training and onboarding new Warehouse Team Members
Partner with Operations Manager to execute ongoing cross-training plan
Additional Duties as Assigned
Participate in inventory cycle counts, understand variances and reconciliation process
Ensure routine housekeeping and maintenance duties are completed
Order supplies as needed
Ensure adherence to safety standards, immediately correcting or reporting unsafe conditions
Other duties as needed per branch location

Education and Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Previous successful performance in Warehouse team member and production roles, required
1+ years of Warehouse, Shipping and Safety experience, required
Forklift experience, preferred
