As we continue to grow as QuidelOrtho, we are seeking a Global Product Manager, Platforms. This product management role within the Clinical Labs business unit is responsible for our current on-market portfolio of instrument platforms and software. The role entails managing and tracking commercial KPIs, ensuring on-market performance & product supply, and driving a roadmap of key enhancements to the portfolio.
This position is remote eligible supporting east coast working hours.

Create and manage global commercial KPIs to measure and monitor portfolio financial performance.
Lead key initiatives to monitor product performance in close collaboration with quality, compliance, and customer technical services, and R&D.
Develop robust product enhancement roadmap to improve customer workflows and on-market performance. Lead key initiatives to monitor product performance in close collaboration with quality, compliance, and customer technical services.
Support the development of marketing plans including market dynamics, competitive environment, customer segmentation, positioning and messaging, market potential, market share and forecast models for current products and products in development.
Will need to travel up to 25% including airplane, automobile, or train - domestically and globally.
Perform other work-related duties as assigned. The Individual
Required:
Bachelor's degree required, MBA or advance scientific degree preferred
Minimum of 3 years global product management experience in medical device or diagnostics industry required
Experience working in both a global marketing role, additional regional marketing or clinical marketing experience preferred.
Strong customer orientation
Strong interpersonal, collaboration and relationship management skills
Proven ability to drive prioritization of appropriate activities within competing priorities
Effective verbal and written communication skills, including ability to develop and give effective presentations
Personal ethics and integrity necessary with a style that embodies best practices and highest corporate values
Ability to travel up to 20% - domestic and international

Knowledge of the clinical laboratory space from a manufacturing and/or customer perspective strongly preferred The Key Stakeholders

Hybrid office environment. Must have the discipline, organization skills, and self-motivation to work autonomously and collectively with internal team members that are office or remotely based. Travel up to 25% including airplane, automobile, or train. Some overnight travel is required. Some global travel required. Physical Demands
No strenuous physical activity, though occasional light lifting of files and related materials is required. 30% of time in meetings, working with team, or talking on the phone, 70% of the time at the desk on computer, doing analytical work. Minimal travel required. Travel includes airplane, automobile travel and overnight hotel. Salary Transparency
The salary range for this position takes into account a wide range of factors including education, experience, knowledge, skills, geography, and abilities of the candidate, in addition to internal equity and alignment with market data. At QuidelOrtho, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The salary range for this position is $100,000 to $150,000 and is bonus eligible.
