ERP & IT Systems Administrator
Kraft Tool Company, a respected manufacturer and distributor of professional concrete and construction hand tools for over 44 years, is seeking an ERP & IT Systems Administrator. This position will lead ERP customization and support (preferably with Acumatica experience), while also handling core IT infrastructure tasks including system maintenance, user support, and network troubleshooting.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in ERP systems, software development (especially in C# and C++), and general IT operations within a manufacturing or distribution environment.
Responsibilities
ERP Customization & Support (Acumatica Preferred):
Customize and maintain ERP modules, reports, and dashboards to align with business workflows.
Work closely with operations, finance, and other departments to gather requirements and improve ERP usability.
Implement automation, integrations, and third-party plugins into the ERP environment.
Support users by troubleshooting and resolving ERP-related issues.
General IT & Systems Administration:
Maintain, troubleshoot, and support IT systems, network hardware, and software infrastructure.
Ensure system and data security across the organization.
Provide desktop and application support to staff across multiple departments.
Assist with system upgrades, backups, licensing, and device configuration.
Development & Software Support:
Assist in development of internal tools using Microsoft .NET (C#) and C++.
Write, test, and document code for business applications and system processes.
Work with SQL Server for database scripting and report generation.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience in ERP administration, IT systems, or software development.
Experience with Acumatica ERP strongly preferred; experience with other ERP or MRP systems is a plus.
Proficient in C#, C++, and T-SQL.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and web standards is a plus.
Experience with Microsoft Azure or other cloud platforms preferred.
Strong communication skills and ability to work across departments.
Experience in manufacturing or distribution environments is beneficial.
Familiarity with online marketplaces like Amazon and eBay is a plus.
