The Role: Territory Sales Manager We are looking for a dynamic and self motivated individual to join our team as a Territory Sales Manager in Houston. Reporting directly to the Area Sales Manager, you will collaborate with a team of professional salespeople to achieve and exceed company goals. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a winning culture and drive personal and team growth.

Responsibilities:

Drive Growth: Collaborate with the sales team to achieve and surpass sales targets.

Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a strategic business plan to expand our customer base and market presence.

Independent Leadership: Set personal recruiting objectives and performance goals without direct supervisory responsibilities.

Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with the sales team and customers to identify growth opportunities.

Customer Service Excellence: Address and resolve customer concerns independently, providing top-notch service.

Analytical Insight: Analyze sales numbers to uncover growth opportunities.

Effective Communication: Utilize strong verbal and written communication skills to assist customers and collaborate with team members.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years' sales experience in a highly competitive market, with a focus on wholesale auto parts, particularly in the aftermarket industry.

Proven success in a similar individual contributor role.

Bachelor's degree preferred.

Experience in prospecting new business and closing sales.

Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Strong time management and organizational abilities.

Proactive, positive, and results-focused attitude.

Proficiency in Google Applications and Microsoft Office products.

General automotive knowledge is helpful.
