Job Description

Job Title: PC Refresh Technician

Location: Hill AFB, UT

Pay: $19.47 hourly

This is a short-term contract (3 months) to assist with the PC refresh project at Hill Air Force Base. The selected candidate will be expected to contact recipients and schedule a time to take new equipment to their desk and perform a hardware refresh, as well as assist with ensuring data is restored. The chosen candidate should also be expected to explain the basic functionality of Windows 11 since many users are also migrating from Windows 10 at this time.

The candidate must have excellent customer service skills, along with general knowledge of Windows 11 and Office 365.

Requirements:

Knowledge of Windows 11, Office 365, Microsoft OneDrive as well as mapping network printers.
