Job Title: Federal Construction Estimator

Key Responsibilities:

Read and review bid and RFP documentation to fully understand project requirements.

Select, measure, and track important metrics for accurate estimations.

Conduct site visits and assessments as necessary for project estimation.

Perform detailed data analysis and risk assessments to inform bidding strategies.

Build and maintain relationships with vendors, subcontractors, and clients to ensure effective collaboration.Required Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years experience as a construction estimator working on Federal projects.

Strong knowledge of estimating techniques and project management principles.

Familiarity with estimating software such as Timberline, RSMEANS, or 4Clicks preferred.

Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

BA in engineering, construction science, or a related field is preferred; security clearance is a plus.Some of the Benefits Include:
