Trailer Technician

Job Description

We are looking for a competent Trailer/RV Technician at T & T Trailers. We are not only a trailer dealership, carrying a wide variety of trailers, but also a full service shop and parts source. We install truck beds, trailer hitches and perform all services and repairs to all types of trailers and RV's. We are seeking to add a team member with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic to our quick-paced and goal-oriented environment. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of tasks and work diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results.

Responsibilities:

Inspect, trouble shoot and perform services and repairs to all parts of trailer equipment

Inspect, troubleshoot and repair electrical systems

Inspect, troubleshoot and repair RV components (plumbing, electrical, interior finishes, etc.)

Install hitches, truck beds and other truck accessories

Requirements:

Prior experience with components such as springs, hangers, equalizers, axles, hubs, brake drums, bearing, races and parts is preferred

Capable of using all basic and specialized tools

Prior welding experience is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour/based on knowledge
