About the Role:
We’re hiring a Mid-Level IBM Security Verify Access & Aspera Administrator with 6+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise IAM and secure file transfer systems. If you're proficient in configuring IBM ISVA (formerly ISAM), managing secure authentication systems, and deploying IBM Aspera for high-speed data transfer — this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
IBM Security Verify Access (ISVA / ISAM):
Administer and configure SSO, Federation (SAML, OIDC), MFA, and Web Access Management.
Design API security and implement token-based authentication.
Customize access policies, integrate with identity providers, and support governance requirements.
Integrate ISVA with other IBM products across the security ecosystem.
IBM Aspera Administration:
Install, configure, and manage IBM Aspera Connect and Aspera Console.
Handle client-server deployments, monitor high-speed transfers.
Leverage Aspera APIs and SDKs for advanced use cases and custom workflows.
Operational Excellence:
Troubleshoot performance and integration issues
Document configurations, policies, and best practices.
Collaborate with DevOps, Application, and Security teams to support enterprise rollouts.
Required Skills:
6+ years of experience with IBM Security Verify Access (ISAM/ISVA).
Strong grasp of IAM and security protocols (SAML, OAuth2, OIDC, LDAP, Kerberos).
3+ years of experience with IBM Aspera (Connect & Console).
Familiar with Aspera APIs/SDKs, client/server deployment models.
Linux/Unix shell experience, with scripting and automation knowledge.
Nice-to-Have:
IBM Certifications in ISVA or Aspera
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, IBM Cloud).
Experience with Ansible, Terraform, or other IAC tools.
Knowledge of regulatory compliance frameworks (NIST, ISO27001).
Work Authorization:
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. (Valid I-9 required).
