The Permitting Manager is in charge of pulling permits from various cities and counties in a timely fashion, to ensure we are in compliance and can get the work done for our customers on schedule.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Pulling permits.

Getting all needed paperwork notarized as needed.

Ensuring all permits are on site.

Scheduling inspections between customers and inspectors.

Follow up to ensure inspection passed or rescheduled.

Good communication skills.

Good computer skills.

Can work and excel in a fast paced environment.

Works well with others.

Requirements:

The candidate should have the ability to learn our processes, programs quickly and apply new procedures as needed.

Be able to work in a fast paced, ever changing environment and roll with it.

The candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills.

Knowledge of Service Titan platform is a plus but not required.

Knowledge of Google Sheets and all other Google applications necessary and various other administration skills.
