Seeking Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll Functional Consultant with Implementation and Application Support experience. The position primary responsibility will be to interface with key stakeholders and responsible for successfully implementing Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll modules in Agile mode. This position will be responsible for leading the discussions for the design and development of all the associated components such as Data migration, integrations and reports for Payroll areas.
Preferred Qualifications:
7+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll
2+ years of experience in working on at least two additional Oracle HCM Cloud modules such as Time and Labor
Hands on experience in working on Oracle Payroll for Canada
Knowledge of Agile practices and ability to implement the project in Agile mode
Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle
Experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies
7+ years of experience with Implementation and support of Oracle HCM Cloud modules
Candidate should be proficient in all the Payroll processes
Ability to lead the discussions with the customer teams for integrations, data migrations and reports related to Payroll
Knowledgeable on HCM technical tools including HCM Data loader (HDL), HCM Extract, BI reporting and Payroll Batch loader.
Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams namely, technical, business and management teams
Experience managing team size of 5+ would be a plus
