Armed Security FLEX Officer

Job Description:

As an Armed Flex Security Guard, you will be responsible for providing security coverage across multiple sites, adapting to various environments, and ensuring the safety of businesses, residential communities, and special assignments as needed. This role requires flexibility, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent communication to handle security incidents effectively while maintaining a professional presence

Shifts:

Wednesday - - - (Swing & Grave Shifts)

Thursday- - - (Swing & Grave Shifts)

Friday- - - (Swing & Grave Shifts)

Saturday- - - (Swing & Grave Shifts)

Sunday- - - (Swing & Grave Shifts)

Compensation:

$28.00 per hour

FLEX Security Guard Responsibilities:

Maintain open availability to cover shifts within a 12-hour timeframe.

Respond promptly to last-minute assignments

Safely navigate between different sites within the designated area using reliable transportation.

East Bay & South Bay Areas

Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and integrity in all assignments.

Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure seamless coverage and support.

Conduct routine patrols to monitor and secure designated locations.

Identify and report suspicious activity, safety hazards, and unauthorized access.

Maintain a visible presence to deter criminal activity and ensure public safety.

Respond swiftly to incidents and provide support in emergency situations.

Document daily activity, incidents, and observations accurately in reports.

Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding security updates and concerns.

Armed FLEX Security Guard Qualifications:

Valid BSIS Guard Card (required).

Valid BSIS Firearm Permit (required)

Armed gear such as vest, duty belt, firearm, baton or pepper spray

Clean driving record and ability to operate company/site vehicles safely.

Experience working graveyard shifts.

Strong customer service skills and professional demeanor.

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Ability to remain alert, responsive, and proactive in high-pressure situations.
