Our Digital Services & Initiatives team is in charge of Digital Content & UI, Digital Products & UX as well as Automation and Analytics. We are looking for a new team member to support us in our ongoing and upcoming projects. As a working student in the Digital Services and Initiative Unit you have the excellent opportunity to work in an agile environment, connect your theory of the university with the practice and gain deep insights into the trading, clearing and settlement of financial derivatives and securities. You will be involved in the business processes and ongoing projects of the department and will be in contact with other departments within Group Deutsche Boerse.
Your responsibilities:
You will assist with project management activities, including planning, conducting workshops, gathering requirements, and coordinating with IT and business stakeholders
You will participate in daily business operations, ongoing client portal projects, and other upcoming initiatives
You will perform software tests and document the results
You will prepare and conduct staff training sessions and create guides
You will support our internal and external communication efforts
Your profile:
You are enrolled as a regular student at a state-recognized university for the entire period of activity
You are preferably in your master's studies in areas such as management, digital business, digital transformation, computer science, project management, or other relevant fields, and are at least 1 year from graduation
You have an interest in capital and financial markets
You are proficient with MS-Office applications and have a basic understanding of SAP systems
You are familiar with agile project management methods and have some experience with JIRA
Your communicative and cooperative manner will help you integrate quickly into our team. You possess a strong sense of responsibility along with good analytical and organizational skills, which will aid you in adjusting to our dynamic and customer-focused environment
You are proficient in written and spoken English; knowledge of German is an advantage
