Manager, FP&A

Expected starting base salary $125,000 to $140,000 per year.

Job Description:

Coordinate, analyze and report the financial performance, projections, and ad hoc projects

Support the reporting structure of the monthly, quarterly and budget process for all operating departments and subsidiaries

Support forecasting process across the business in order to predict operating results

Prepare and submit month-end and quarter-end close requirements and compare actuals to forecast/budget for use with internal management

Provide effective tools that allow budget managers and Finance management to understand variances and make effective decisions around resource allocation

Lead in-depth financial, variance, and trending analysis for key profitability drivers and metrics.

Manage a Senior Financial analyst in consolidation of multiple territories and production banners

Drive automation through process improvement use of technology

Requirements:

Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

Able to communicate with professionals at all levels

Able to communicate complex information to a variety of audiences

Experience:

Proficiency in all aspects of corporate accounting

Superior financial software skills including Microsoft Excel

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent preferred

Experience in enterprise systems related to planning or accounting preferred (SAP, Oracle, Netsuite, Adaptive, JD Edwards, etc.)

Minimum 6 years relevant total experience preferred

CPA a plus
