A Healthcare client is looking for a Custodian to perform custodial maintenance duties, including dusting, mopping, vacuuming and shampooing carpets, cleaning and restocking restrooms.

Location : Laguna Beach, CA 92651

Position: Custodian

Pay Rate: $23/hr

Duration: 13 weeks

Schedule: Day shift, 6am to 2:30PM; Evening shift, 2PM to 10:30PM - 40 hrs./week

***MUST BE OPEN TO WORKING UP TO EVERY WEEKEND

Responsibilities

Clean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc.)

Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities

Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects

Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs

Adjust and minor repairs

Stock and maintain supply rooms

Cooperate with the rest of the staff

Follow all health and safety regulations

Requirements and skills:

Must be open to working up to every weekend

Proven working experience as a Janitor

Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery

Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies

Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets

Integrity and ability to work independently
