Benefits & Scheduling:

Competitive Pay: $20.50/hour, paid weekly

Health benefits available after 30 days (medical, dental, and vision)

401(k) matching and paid time off (PTO)

Typical shifts are 8-10 hours, 4-5 days per week

At least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) required (Sunday availability preferred)

Encouraged: Paid 15-minute breaks and unpaid 30-minute meal break

Company vehicle, fuel, and uniform provided

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver Amazon packages safely, efficiently, and on time

Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections

Follow all traffic laws and company safety policies

Provide exceptional customer service at every stop

Work in all weather conditions, lift up to 50 lbs., and handle physically demanding tasks

Use a smartphone for navigation and package scanning

Support team members with occasional rescue routes when needed

Requirements:

Must be 21 years or older with a valid, unrestricted driver's license

Authorized to work in the U.S.

Must pass a background check and 4-panel drug screening (excludes marijuana)

Clean driving record (no major violations)

Strong communication skills in English
