In this role, you will work closely with account executives, partners, and technical decision-makers to design and position infrastructure solutions that solve real business problems across data centers and public cloud environments.

Your Role
Engage with enterprise customers to understand their business needs, technical requirements, and operational goals.
Design and deliver architectural solutions covering modern infrastructure, private/hybrid cloud, and data services.
Deliver technical presentations, customized demos, and Proof-of-Concept (POC) sessions tailored to customer use cases.
Collaborate with sales teams to develop strategies that address customer pain points using innovative solutions.
Translate complex technical concepts into business-relevant value propositions.
Partner with channel teams, cloud providers, and service integrators to align on go-to-market strategies.
Provide technical mentorship to partners, customers, and internal stakeholders during pre-sales activities.

Qualifications
6 to 9 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role with 3 to 5 years’ experience as a Presales Engineer
Proven experience in pre-sales, solutions architecture, or technical consulting roles in enterprise IT environments.
Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure concepts including compute, storage, networking, and virtualization.
Hands-on experience with public cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and container ecosystems (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker).
Familiarity with modern application architectures, microservices, and CI/CD workflows.
Excellent presentation, communication, and storytelling skills – ability to convey complex ideas to diverse audiences.
Ability to lead technical discussions and influence decision-makers across technical and business functions.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Nice to Have
Experience with automation tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
Understanding of ITIL or enterprise service management frameworks.
Certifications in cloud, containers, or enterprise infrastructure technologies.
Work Arrangement
Hybrid: This role operates in a hybrid capacity, blending the benefits of remote work with the advantages of in-person collaboration. For most roles, that will mean coming into an office a minimum of 2 - 3 days per week, however certain roles and/or teams may require more frequent in-office presence. Additional team-specific guidance and norms will be provided by your manager.
