Graphic Designer

Token Jewelry is looking for a Graphic Designer with strong creative instincts, an eye for clean, modern design, and the ability to take initiative. This role is ideal for someone who’s comfortable owning projects from concept to execution and is excited to help shape a growing brand’s visual identity.

About Us

Token Jewelry is a women-owned, handcrafted jewelry brand based in Eau Claire, WI. We create intentional, minimalist pieces that are made in-house and sold across the country. As we grow, we’re looking for a designer who can bring thoughtful, original design to every visual touchpoint of our brand.

What You’ll Do

Design for digital, print, packaging and marketing materials

Collaborate on seasonal campaigns, product launches, and promotions

Develop assets for email, web, social, and in-store displays

Assist with art direction, photography, and visual content creation

Help refine and evolve the visual identity of the brand

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of experience in graphic design, branding, or content creation

A portfolio that demonstrates clear visual thinking and a strong aesthetic

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign)

A self-starter who’s comfortable working independently and proposing ideas

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with attention to detail and promptness

Experience with photography, video, or motion design is a bonus, but not required

The Role

Full-time or part-time, depending on the candidate

On-site in our downtown Eau Claire studio
