Position Overview: Allied Universal® is hiring a Part-time Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) Operator for Charles Schwab at 200 S.

108th Ave in Omaha, NE.

Job Details: • Pay Rate: $22.90 / hour• Schedule: Overnight Shift Available / Friday - Sunday - 12:00 am – 8:00 pm• Duties: The GSOC Operator is responsible for using security best practices to identify, analyze, and support all events and incidents that could impact Open Text operations, facilities, and employees.

The GSOC Operator monitors multiple security network systems to coordinate responses to all safety and security incidents.

In addition to monitoring security systems, the GSOC Operator is required to adequately provide timely and accurate reports/information to Security Management of all life safety events and guide and assist business clients during emergency and non-emergency events.

Qualifications: • Experience: Must have 2+ years of security experience, and be 21+ years of age.

• Skills: Comfortable using technology devices and a Valid Driver's License.

• Physical Requirements: Must be able to walk, stand for long periods, and work in all weather elements.

RESPONSIBILITIES:Primary Responsibilities:Alarm Monitoring: Operators monitor all physical security equipment on a global basis to ensure the physical security of all employees, contingents, and office spacesAccess Management: Operators manage day to day access to all company facilities, ensuring compliance with customer, auditorial, and company policyCCTV System: Operators manage the companies CCTV system and process video footage requestProvide access management to all company facilitiesConduct alarm monitoring for Open Text facilitiesManage all video footage requests in accordance with company policyManage all access report requests in accordance with company policyNotify the appropriate personnel in an emergencyNotify, direct, and assist emergency personnel in the event of an emergencyLiaison between clients, other departments, and company leadership during an emergencyDirecting visitors to the appropriate areasMonitor and control removal of company and personal propertyReport all building utility/ service issues as observed and instructed to facilitiesManage the day-to-day requirements for the Companies Anti-tailgating programEvaluate and recommend improved procedural safety/security protocols or processesDisplay exceptional customer service and communication skillsRespond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem solving mannerConduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.
