Summary:
This role leads the SEO strategy and implementation for multiple brands. The Manager of SEO collaborates with the content and development teams to increase search visibility, drive traffic, and support conversion goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development:
Design and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and traffic.
Team Collaboration:
Work with content creators, developers, and marketing managers to ensure SEO best practices are applied across web content and site structure.
Technical SEO:
Audit websites for SEO issues (crawl errors, redirects, speed, mobile-friendliness, etc.) and provide recommendations.
Content Optimization:
Guide keyword research and integrate into content plans. Optimize existing content and landing pages.
Performance Tracking:
Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush or similar.
Staying Current:
Keep up with search engine algorithm updates, industry trends, and competitor SEO activity.
Qualifications:
5+ years of SEO experience, preferably with B2B or SaaS products.
Proven success improving rankings and organic traffic at scale.
Strong knowledge of Googleâ s ranking algorithms and SEO tools.
Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress), HTML/CSS basics, and technical SEO.
Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data.
Excellent communication and project management abilities.
