Summary
We are seeking a dynamic VP of Operations to lead and optimize our client’s daily operational functions with a strategic, results-driven approach. This executive role is responsible for ensuring efficiency, profitability, and high performance across multiple departments while maintaining the highest standards in quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in manufacturing operations, a strong track record in process improvement, and a commitment to operational excellence. This is a critical leadership position driving long-term growth, innovation, and continuous improvement throughout the organization.

Compensation
Compensation comprises of a lucrative Base Salary + Bonus + 401K + Full Medical, Dental, Vision + Tuition Reimbursement + Additional Award-Winning Benefits.
Primary Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of the company’s operations. Ensures efficient resource allocation and smooth operational processes.
Champion Strategy Deployment initiatives in the Operations function.
Provide leadership and reinforce Lean methodology through the company’s sites and operations leadership.
Monitor and support effective product launches, ensuring customer expectations are met.
Lead footprint optimization execution projects that maximize the company’s capabilities.
Drive cost savings roadmaps and implementation of automation and other engineering-type process improvements in the organization.
Own and drive effective root cause and corrective action for MOR (Monthly Operating Review) KPI’s impacting overall Operational performance.
Guide Budget creation, forecast updates, and cost flexing initiatives.
Provide oversight and guidance on Capital Project planning and execution.
Work to ensure operations are performing highly in customer quality and delivery scorecards.
Champion Safety performance in the plants aligns with the company’s HSE program and standards.
Complete other projects as required.
Education, Skills, and Experience
Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
Fifteen years of experience in operations management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Prior experience in the manufacturing industry is required.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes.
Proven track record of developing and implementing operational strategies that drive efficiency and profitability.
Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to manage and motivate large teams.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Experience with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
