AVSS is seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the operational backbone of our office, managing critical administrative functions while demonstrating exceptional organizational skills.
Responsibilities
• Manage email correspondence with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders
• Maintain financial records using QuickBooks
• Coordinate crew lists for multiple simultaneous jobs
• Book and manage crew hotel accommodations and travel arrangements
• Create and process expense reports
• Prepare and file monthly sales tax and quarterly fuel documents
• Serve as the primary administrative point of contact for the office
Requirements
• Proficiency with QuickBooks
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with travel booking and expense management
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
