ServiceNow Developer

CONTRACT TO HIRE HYBRID ROLES IN CARLISLE, PA – NOT REMOTE

Looking for ServiceNow Developers with 5+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions.

Please Note: Per Client Requirement - this role is open to Citizens and Green Card Holders due to company requirements.

No H1B, C2C, No F1- CPT or OPT at this time

Required:

5 or more years as a ServiceNow Developer, with a record of successful project implementations.

Expertise in ServiceNow development, including UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and workflows.

Experience with ITOM, ITIL, SPM and CMDB.

Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, and other technologies.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, and scripting in ServiceNow.

Experience with Transform Maps in data import operations within ServiceNow.

Experience with GlideAjax and GlideRecord in ServiceNow.

Experience with Scoped Applications.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues – with ability to provide detailed notes on issues that arise and create and maintain process documentation

ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist or similar certification preferred.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.

Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications and modules, including custom scripting and integrations.

Maintain and enhance existing ServiceNow applications and modules to meet changing business needs.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the ServiceNow platform, including performance optimization.

Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow best practices and new features to ensure the platform's effective use.

Participate in planning and executing ServiceNow upgrades and improvements.

Document development processes, configurations, and customizations.
