Are you a proactive Executive Assistant looking for a new challenge? LHH is seeking an experienced candidate for a new opportunity in the Northern VA area. The ideal candidate will be comfortable supporting multiple executives/a team. They should be well-organized and be comfortable in a fast paced environment with shifting priorities. This is an onsite position, Monday-Friday in the office.
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative support, including filing, directing requests, preparing correspondence, scheduling meetings and calls, managing calendars, and presenting a positive organizational image.
Compile and edit sensitive documents, memos, and legal materials for accuracy in spelling, punctuation, grammar, and format.
Reconcile the department budget monthly and prepare funding requests as needed.
Schedule travel and prepare expense reports using Concur.
Fulfill specific departmental tasks and manage accurate files and records.
Handle special projects, process mail, review invoices, and manage office supply purchases.
Support multiple individuals within the department simultaneously.
Education & Training Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required; AS/BS/BA preferred.
Experience Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
Other Requirements:
Excellent punctuality and attendance.
Team-oriented with strong communication skills, able to interact effectively at all seniority levels.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong organizational skills, able to prioritize tasks, work independently, and exercise professional judgment.
